Beforehand we went to the free Victoria and Albert Museum. We looked at a protester exhibition, passed on the expensive special wedding exhibition, wandered including Michael seeing some Raphael cartoons which were each the size of a large wall. They are called cartoons because they were painted on paper to be used as templates for creating tapestries at the Sistine Chapel. Lunch was awesome at the cafe - run by Italians in a stained glass hall. Then a boggabilla bus (double decker bus) to cross off an item off Meg's checklist to the squirrels (another check), Buckingham Palace (check), walk past Big Ben (check) and a ride on the London Eyonce ferris wheel for Meg and Michael (check).
Home for dindins with each Ando buying a microwave meal from Sainsbury's - so much choice! To finish we watched a musical, Once, which is based in an Irish pub and where the whole cast played instruments and sang regularly including the lead Ronan Keating.

Looks like fun! Love a good London microwave meal
